Please provide only the information needed for your request. Safeguarding and complaint forms may contain sensitive information and receive additional access restrictions.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use submitted information for unrelated advertising.

Website submissions are stored in the organisation’s WordPress system. We use access controls and reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

Retention

We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose collected, for safeguarding and accountability duties, or to meet applicable legal and reporting requirements. Records are reviewed and securely deleted or anonymised when they are no longer needed.

Cookies and website measurement

The public website does not use advertising or marketing cookies. Essential cookies may be used for security, administration, language preferences, and core WordPress functions. Inclusive Ethiopia uses its own cookieless aggregate analytics to count public page views and public-file downloads. It does not contact Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or another analytics provider, and it does not create visitor profiles. Raw public IP addresses, user agents, visitor identifiers, query strings, form values, and submission references are not stored or displayed in analytics. Staff and member sessions, protected routes, Do Not Track requests, and Global Privacy Control requests are excluded. Aggregate rows are retained for 395 days.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you have provided, or withdraw a communication preference. Some records may need to be retained for legal, safeguarding, or accountability reasons. We will explain any limitation that applies.

Children and young people

Children and young people should use forms with support from a parent, guardian, teacher, or trusted adult when appropriate. If you believe a child’s information was submitted without suitable permission, contact us so we can review it promptly.
